An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Monday, repeating until March 30, 2020
The Makers’ Art Lab is a unique opportunity for students to develop their skills across a wide array of artistic endeavors focusing on each medium for four weeks. Participants will develop healthy artistic habits and learn advanced textile techniques (such as embroidery, macramé, and crochet), leatherworking and metalsmithing as well as jewelry-making techniques. The creative philosophy developed is not just useful for future artists; the holistic approach to art applied in this class develops creative thinking & peer collaboration through project-based learning.
